The Main Event

I've still got a bad cold, so the weekend was spent mostly at home drinking lots of fluids.

Paul suggested a subject for today's post, this fierce picture of him in his sparing gear, which was issued to him this weekend as a result of earning his green belt. This is a very exciting step forward into the main event in karate, which, at least in Paul's view, is actually fighting.

Oh, my baby just continues to grow up!
