It's a wonder to me that I have a job that gives me more than a week off to enjoy Spring! Spring break started today at 12:30. By 1:30 I was home sharing a pot-luck lunch with some fellow teachers and discussing "The Reader," which we had all read. It was so warm and sunny that we left the door to the porch open while we ate and talked. Later we went out to sit out in the sun with our coffee and enjoy the tulip and star magnolia trees which are now in bloom. What a great way to kick-start our vacations.
Paul and his cousins dyed eggs at Grandma's house earlier this week, but we only brought a few home. We'd better get a move-on if we're going to have any for the Easter Bunny to hide on Sunday.
