It was a push, a task squeezed in between dropping Paul off at golf camp at 8:00 (and chatting there with his friend's mother until 9:00!) and getting to work at 10:30 to do some final end-of-the-year work, but I did go for a walk around the local lake this morning.
I started in a rush, with one eye on the clock, but ended with a more peaceful feeling which stayed with me through most of this busy day.
