Autumn officially arrives at 4:44 PM this afternoon. As if in acknowledgement it has been cool and overcast today, though warmer weather is predicted for the coming week. Still, there are signs of fall if you look for them. The cherry tomatoes have ripened and are falling off the vine, the leaves of the tulip trees are starting to turn, and the Dahlias are blooming beautifully.
