Time to Smell the Roses

For me, the beginning of school signals the end of summer. The days may still be still hot and humid, but September is just four days away and the sun is already setting by eight o'clock.

As I walk around our yard, I realize that the flowers will soon be fading as autumn arrives. It's a good reminder to take time to enjoy them now.
