Have you noticed that the stores are now carrying Halloween items? At Michael's the other day I saw several aisles of spooky decorations and crafts, which made me feel like a whole year had gone by in a flash. Weren't we just there buying talking skeletons and ghost-shaped flashlights? Didn't we just have fourteen pumpkins decorating the house? Didn't I just make a great costume for Paul? I don't think I've yet recovered from last year's Halloween party and activities and here it comes again.
So I paid little attention to the displays at Michael's, but today at the grocery store Paul excitedly spotted these Halloween Oreos, and we bought two packs. They are cute and I do smile a little when I see the bag on the counter. And so it begins....
