I was quite surprised the other day to see a giant hawk as I went down the hall at school. It seems that the Preschool is studying birds this week, and the school's mascot, the Hawk, came for a visit. You just never know what you'll see around here. I thought Hawk was pretty neat, especially when I guessed which staff member was in that heavy costume, but some of the little ones thought he was a little scary.
