When we want some exercise or just to get out, we don't always hike up in the foothills. Often we'll just head out of the house and walk around the neighborhood. Great walkability is the main reason we wanted to live in this part of town and we enjoy walking from our house to the University and downtown.
Whenever Ben hikes or walks he picks up trash. Boulder is generally a clean place except for the areas around the University which have student housing. Then you find all sorts of beer cans and other trash that the students have discarded.
But you rarely find a champagne bottle, especially one as fine the Veuve Clicquot Brut that Ben picked up today.
"Now, that's a party I'd like to have been at!" Ben said. And I agreed!
